.I would like to let you all know that i've bought a female from spain last march from kennel ********
Kind girl miss ***** but... she keeps my money and she has never registered the litter!!!
And when i ask her my pedigree she told me that.. "In spain it take more and more time before the relay of pedigree!"
SURELY! SPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T REGISTER THE LITTER!!!
the name of female is ***********
it appear on website of miss ********** at this link **********
seems to be born from A********* and T***********
i told you SEEMS because.. until now i have not yet received pedigree from which it results
MONEY WAS GOOD BUT ANY PAPER FOR WHAT I HAVE PAIED TO MISS *********
SO... BE WARE... WITH HER.. IN ONE HAND MONEY.. IN THE OTHER PAPERS!
Now i'm asking .. Are Spanish breeders are subjected to ethic code?.. and.. if so.. why in spite of my mails to Unyo de Catalunya and RSCE, why that breeders isn't remove from the list of breeders?
HAVE ALL A GOOD TIME AND THINK ABOUT THIS!

I'm sorry, but due to Spanish law, these kind of posts when the author is not clearly identified may suppose a problem for the website, as its owner becomes responsible for any comment not identified. So, if Ms. Arboler decides to go to court, as long as you are not clearly identified, MundoSchnauzer will have a problem.

For Spanish users we are usually requesting full name and identity card number.

p.s. pedigrees in spain could be delivered in a few days... depends how much you pay... the real problem is... that i can't pay for pedigree to LOE because they have any registration of the litter.

I regret to say you must make your personal information public. Otherwise, If you don't feel like it, which is understandable, you always have the option to go to the police and we will remove this post.

Spanish are very stranger people!
speak about privacy.. but.. it seems that they protect only the privacy of... spanish!!!
good.. doesn't matter... the police has been just alert!

and.. news from me about this from my lawyer because.. also my privacy has to be protect.. so.. you could ask to be identified in your website but.. you cannot ask for identity card on a forum!!!

Maddalena... you are free to explain whatever you consider necessary as long as you don't give any data clearly identifying the kennel or the kennel owner. Because, as I explained before,as long as you are not fully identified, if the person or kennel you are having problems with decides to go to court because of the comments here, the one accused will be the website and its owner.

I know it's unconfortable... but that's the way spanish law works for protecting people from false accusation until proved the accusations are right....

Thanks to everybody (only you) that could agree what i've written!
It is possible that nobody in spain has been cheat from a breeder and so i understand.. but.. if there is somebody that could agree with me.. please.. speak!
because someone has to speak about this problem if things could be changed

De Maddalena sólo tenemos su nombre.

Lo siento pero la Ley de Protección de datos es muy puñetera.... y no me apetece nada tener requerimientos judiciales.

Si se quiere avisar al resto de usuarios de algún problema se puede hacer dejando claro quien es el "infractor" sin poner datos personales y aclarar ante la duda por privado. Es la ley que tenemos y con la que tenemos que convivir.

Si Maddalena dispone de alguna respuesta por escrito de la RSCE, la podría publicar aquí.... eso ya no sería una acusación, sino un hecho.

qualcuno sa dirmi se tra un mese riceverò il pedigree?
perchè la risposta è : consegna tra un mese un mese e mezzo ma.. consegna a chi???
grazie se potete darmi una risposta.
per quanto riguarda i documenti di identità miei personali... se vale la vostra tessera RSCE vale anche la mia tessera ENCI!!!
